Sandy’s School of Dance

Sandy has been teaching dance for 30+ years to kids of all ages and abilities level. Recently she has moved from a small studio in Merrillville to gorgeous new Summit Athletics complex in Crown Point, Indiana. Sandy’s School of Dance offers hip hop, jazz, ballet, pom, technique and kick classes and tap. There are combination classes for pre-schoolers featuring tap and ballet which are taught by a patient, loving and experienced teacher. We don’t do competitive. We don’t cater to super high level dancers, but we do teach good fundamentals. Sandy’s School of dance; where kids learn to love to dance!

The tumbling program at Summit Athletics produces some of the top tumblers in the world. Athletes from the DynaMite Trampoline and Tumbling team at Summit have competed at World Championship, World Cup and World Games events throughout the world since 1994. We are proud to accept Sandy’s School of Dance as an exciting part of our new athletic complex!
